RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case an Author wants to withdraw Article Submission before it is published he/she can initiate the return request within 7 days from Initiating the Article Publishing once the withdraw & return request is approved the refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
A customer can initiate the cancellation within 24 to 48 hours from initial submission of article & once cancellation is approved the refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Requests received later than the above mentioned time would not be accepted
